With over 35 years of experience, Susie’s wealth of on-site construction knowledge, practical application and design expertise is used to full effect within the team. She stands as a pillar of knowledge across all projects, ensuring designs are not only visionary but achievable to the highest standard. As Director, she remains closely involved in every project, offering creative and logistical oversight from conception through to completion.
Susie’s commitment to the industry extends beyond her own practice, judging for the Sussex Heritage Trust Awards and assessing for the prestigious British Institute of Interior Design (BIID) Awards each year. She is equally passionate about giving back to the community, whether through talks at trade shows or offering valuable work experience opportunities to aspiring designers.

JENNA FORSDYKE
Since joining Pfeiffer Design in 2015, Jenna has played an integral role in the studio, leading projects for over a decade. She oversees both Interior Architecture and FF&E from concept through to completion, with expertise in bespoke joinery, lighting and electrical design, sanitaryware and tiling, as well as furniture and soft furnishings specification.
With her wealth of experience and long-standing presence within the team, Jenna is a trusted leader on projects of all scales. She particularly enjoys the creative management process bringing together design vision, technical detail and client collaboration to see her concepts realised beautifully on site.
