FF&E projects could include all, or some of, the following elements:
Colour schemes & decoration
Floor and wall finishes including tiling, timber flooring and carpet
Bespoke upholstered furniture: sofas, bar stools, dining chairs, beds & headboards, armchairs, footstools etc.
Off-the-peg furniture including dining and coffee tables, console tables, chests of drawers, freestanding shelving, bedside tables etc.
Bespoke joinery including wardrobes, alcove shelving, tv/media units etc.
Bespoke window dressings including curtains, sheets and Roman blinds
Bespoke soft furnishings including cushions, bolsters, throws etc.
Our smaller FF&E Home Furnishing projects follow a similar design process to our major architectural projects; however, this process significantly reduced in terms of timeframe, and therefore cost to you, the client. All our fees are proposed upfront, and set out in clear concise stages. We pride ourselves on our transparent approach, and over the years have evolved our design process that moves your project from concept to completion in stages, so you always know exactly where you are (and what you’re paying for), as well as what’s coming next. We charge fixed fees per stage, helping you manage your budget more easily.
Effective on-site and remote project management, where required
Our FF&E designers are highly experienced in terms of delivering efficient on-site and remote project management, including coordination of tradespeople, where required, and deliveries to work around your busy lifestyle. We also offer an optional installation service, including build and installation of any pieces required, management of on-site tradespeople, curtain hanging/steaming and final positioning of soft furnishings and accessorising.
