New Residential Interior Architecture Project starting in October

At Pfeiffer Design we are very excited by a new residential project in  East Sussex we have just started. Set in a rural village the client has spent years in planning to achieve a potentially beautiful family home. We have been employed to advise, specify and detail every aspect internally and externally of the new build. Working closely with the construction team and the client to create an exciting place to raise children.

I am very pleased the client thought to engage Pfeiffer Design at this early stage of construction as the house is just ‘out of the ground’ to first floor.  This is such a bonus so no design compromises have to be made later. For example the correct drainage positions for the wet rooms, room layouts, the first fix electrics for lighting and home automation, door and stair position and construction etc. So many times interiors are ill conceived because design decisions had not be thought of early enough. We cant wait to get cracking with this one.
