We’re justifiably proud of our team at Pfeiffer Design. They’re all handpicked on the merits of their professional backgrounds, and individual skills, talents and experience. Most importantly, everyone here shares the same ethos, and dedication to making your vision a reality. As a team, we can manage your entire project from initial concept and architectural planning, through technical design and on-site project management to final installation and finishing.

Susie Pfeiffer
Susie Pfeiffer
After gaining her degree in Interior Architecture in 1989, Susie initially worked in London developing her design and management skills on major hotel projects, before starting Pfeiffer Design in 1996.
As Director, Susie is closely involved in all projects, providing creative and management oversight at every stage. Susie loves staying involved in the industry, supporting the community by annually judging the Sussex Heritage Awards, giving talks at trade shows and providing work experience to aspiring designers.

JENNA FORSDYKE
Jenna has a degree in Interior Architecture from the University Campus Suffolk and has worked on projects ranging from Listed buildings and high-end residential properties to restaurants, retirement villages and libraries. She also taught for two years at a leading London interior design academy.
Having worked at Pfeiffer Design since 2015, Jenna leads on both Interior Architecture and FF&E projects from concept to completion, including designing; joinery, lighting & electrics, sanitaryware & tiling and specifying furniture & soft furnishings.
Jenna enjoys the creative management of her projects and seeing her designs come to fruition on site.


Eloise Pfeiffer
Eloise gained her master’s degree in Physics and Astrophysics at the University of Birmingham as well as studying Business Management at LSE. Previously working as a head chef, Eloise has made the move to the world of design bringing transferable skills which are invaluable to her role.
Eloise works closely with Susie on business development; communicating with all potential clients to learn more about their exciting projects and writes their Fee Proposals. Alongside this, Eloise manages all our marketing, brand and PR enquiries.
Eloise’s favourite part of her role is meeting all our new clients and keeping our social media up-to-date with life at Pfeiffer Design.


Pippa Phelan
Pippa studied Interior Design & Decoration at the Inchbald School of Design and has worked on high-end residential projects in London, she also ran her own refurbishment & furnishing business creating Central London rental apartments for several years, gaining in-depth experience of the industry and the design project process.
As head of finance, managing the budgeting, quotation & procurement stages of our projects, she works closely with the designers and liaises with clients and suppliers to ensure our clients are receiving the highest quality service and products.
Pippa’s favourite aspect of her role is ensuring projects run smoothly to enable the creative concepts to evolve to their exquisite completion.


Hannah Field
Hannah graduated from Kingston University with a degree in Interior Design. Having previously worked for companies specialising in interior architecture & design in the residential, commercial and hotel sectors in London, New York, Africa & Europe. She brings a wealth of experience and industry knowledge to her role, and has showcased her designs fat the Wow!House exhibition for her primary bathroom design featured at Chelsea Harbour Design Centre in 2024.
Leading both Interior Architecture and FF&E projects from conception to completion, she oversees the joinery, lighting & electrics, sanitaryware & tiling and specification of furniture & soft furnishings on all her projects.
Hannah particularly enjoys seeing the installation of the tangible elements of her concept designs become a reality.


Henny Collinson
Having completed a Fine Art Foundation course, Henny started work as a curtain maker’s assistant, where she developed a passion for soft furnishings, needlework and all things textiles. She went on to gain her Diploma in Professional Curtain Making & Soft Furnishings at the National Design Academy.
As our in-house seamstress, Henny produces all our soft furnishings, including roman blinds, curtains and scatter cushions. Working alongside our interior designers, Henny helps to finalise bespoke fabric schemes to complete our designs, providing her expert advice and textile knowledge throughout our projects.
Henny loves creating beautiful soft furnishings for our clients and seeing the final schemes come together.


Charlotte Maledy
Charlotte graduated from Plymouth College of Art with a degree in Interior Design, Decoration and Styling. With previous experience working for a high-end bathroom supplier, Charlotte has expert knowledge of sanitary design and specification.
Charlotte works closely alongside our senior designers as well as leading her own FF&E projects, including designing; joinery, sanitaryware & tiling and specifying furniture & soft furnishings.
Charlotte loves creating 3D visuals to help her clients better imagine their designs, pulling together all the final finishes on a project.


Natalie Murphy
Natalie graduated from De Montfort University with a degree in Interior Design. Having previously run her own business, Natalie has made the move to pursue her passion for interior design, bringing with her a wealth of experience and transferable skills.
Natalie works closely alongside our senior designers on their projects, including designing joinery, sanitaryware & tiling and specifying furniture & soft furnishings.
Natalie’s favourite part of her role is getting into the nitty gritty of a project by completing detailed technical drawings. She also loves adding the soft touches to a home by creating an array of fabric schemes.
